If you would like to register for the OT Australia NSW-ACT Conference, 12 – 13 November 2009, please download the Registration Form, complete it (along with payment by credit card or bank cheque) & bring it with you when you arrive at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Rural OT NSW members: Two up to $250 scholarships funded by the Isabel Millner award will be available for OT AUSTRALIA NSW rural members to help with travel and accommodation costs in attending the OT AUSTRALIA NSW – ACT Conference 2009. Guidelines and application forms are available here.

To qualify for early bird registration, registration fees must be received by the published date. Registration fees are based on date of payment receipt, not the date of receipt of registration form. To qualify for the Member Rate, you will need to be a member of OT AUSTRALIA. Your membership status will be verified with the relevant association.
Student Fee – applies to students who have yet to qualify as an OT. Students must show valid Student ID upon registration onsite at the Conference. The numbered of sponsored places for students are limited – so get in early, otherwise full price.
ENTITLEMENTS
FULL REGISTRATION entitles the delegates to:
- All conference sessions on Thursday 12 November to Friday 13 November 2009.
- Welcome Reception on Thursday 12 November 2009 (canapés and drinks 5pm – 6pm)
- Morning and afternoon teas and lunch on Thursday 12 November 2009
- Morning tea, afternoon tea on Friday 13 November 2009 (opportunity to enjoy the cafes of Darling Harbour during lunch time!)
- Delegate badge and satchel
- Conference program handbook and delegate materials
DAY REGISTRATIONS entitles the delegates to:
- All conference sessions on the day of registration
- Morning and afternoon teas on the day of registration (Friday 13 November)
- Morning tea, afternoon tea & lunch on the day of registration (Thursday 12 November)
- Delegate badge and satchel
- Conference program handbook and delegate materials
